Goosebumps Welcome to Dead House Unnumbered First Edition SECOND Print SIGNED!! Overall good condition. This is a second printing first edition unnumbered copy. It has been signed by the author, R.L. Stine. This was purchased secondhand from a bookstore, so the signature has not been verified but appears to be authentic. There is no COA. The book itself is not in the best shape. There is whitening along the edges of the covers and significant creasing to the covers and spines. The shiny part of the middle of the cover has come off some where the price tag was removed.
