Duncan McAlpine Comics Giant Size Iron Man #1, NM- 9.2, Oct 1975 Great copy! Bought from new in 1975 and stored away till now so new to market for the first time in over 45 years. Fantastic straight square spine which is very tough to find – so many copies have crushed or twisted spine areas. Very glossy with perfect White pages. This comic was Non Distributed in the UK at the time. New Gil Kane cover. Inside it’s the classic Iron Man vs The Angel from Tales of Suspense #49 with Steve Ditko artwork. Plus the 1st appearance of Hawkeye as told in Tales of Suspense #57 (Sep 1964). If that’s not enough you also get the 1st battle between Captain America and Iron Man from Tales of Suspense #58 (Oct 1964).
