I got this little set when I visited Salem, MA, in 2006. It’s been in a cupboard, untouched, ever since. Beautiful, like new condition. I haven’t read the little book. The set has only been handled to take these pictures. Published by Running Press in 2006, written by Morgan Beard. The box is nice and glossy, with only very slight wear. A very rare item.
