A reprint of a Radical Forum column printed by the Guardian, in response to the Guardian's Jan. 17th viewpoint, Kampuchea: time will tell. Hansjergen was a member of RWH, and this reprint was presumably done by that group to circulate his opinion, which was that Vietnam should be unequivocally condemned for unseating the Pol Pot regime.
