For Sale is a Vintage Book, Titled "The Golden Anniversary Book of Scouting," by R.D. Bezucha (1959), Illustrated by Norman Rockwell. The book was owned by Supreme Court Justice Tom Clark who gifted the book to Henry M. Moore, a Virginia attorney and fellow Boy Scouts of America member. Justice Clark wrote: "To Henry M. Moore in appreciation of his fine work on our "Operation Patrick Henry." Signed Tom Clark with a date that looks like Christmas Day 1959, the same year the book was published. "Operation Patrick Henry" was an initiative of the Boy Scouts that Justice Clark was active in while serving on the Court, designed to help youth gain confidence in speaking, leadership and civic involvement. Justice Clark pasted the note to the inside page of the book. The book will be shipped via USPS Media Mail.
