RARE c1910 Illustrated Catalogue, "Our Field Is the World" The Ritschel Co.-RARE FIND Extremely rare find This is possibly the most unique catalog I have ever seen. Excellent advertising collectable. The cover features practically every mode of transportation in the early 1900s; The Zeppelin, Wright Bros plane, coal burning locomotives, freighter ships, tin lizzies, horse and buggies, passenger boats, streetcars, mail wagons and pedestrians. I could not find a copyright date, or even much data on this company, but era is based on illustrations. This catalog has a the tag line on the back, "Factory to Kitchen" as they sold everything imaginable and many things never seen today, not just for the kitchen, but for everything one would find in a early 1900s home. Many, many unique items. The upper left corner has a red string attached and the cover states, "Hang Me Up". Measures approximately 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" , 68 pages. All complete, no writing inside, clean pages, no missing or torn pages. The cover shows some wear from use. See all photos for more details.
