Bye-laws made under the Rules and Regulations of the Singapore Boxing Association. A scarce manual for members of the Singapore Boxing Association, this example dates from the 1940s, pages 13-19 containing examples of contract forms dated "194" in print, the final digit to be added by hand. The Singapore Amateur Boxing Association, as it is today called, was founded in 1930, and is the national controlling body for the sport of amateur boxing, responsible for the promotion, co-ordination and organisation of all local activities.
