Not the most elegant prose, but a ripping read IIRC. Inscribed by the author to colleague Jeff Callaway in 2000. Edgewear and rubbing to this paperback; the covers' corners and edges "fly out" a bit, but it's clean inside, no writing or dog-ears. A unique copy of a rarity.
