Lot of 7 antique hardcover volumes of Official Records of the Union and Confederate Navies in the War of the Rebellion, published by the U.S. Government. Volumes included: * Series I, Volume 6 * Series I, Volume 7 * Series I, Volume 9 * Series I, Volume 12 * Series I, Volume 13 * Series II, Volume 1 * Series II, Volume 2 These historical government publications contain official reports, correspondence, orders and other records documenting Union and Confederate naval operations during the Civil War. Condition: These are antique books in fair to poor condition with substantial age and storage wear. Covers and spines have heavy rubbing, fading, staining, scuffing and edge/corner wear. Boards on several volumes are bowed or warped. Pages are heavily age-toned, and some page blocks show waviness, unevenness and wear. One volume has particularly significant page damage/distortion, with rough and uneven page edges. There may be additional age-related imperfections throughout.
