Photography by Larry Chen, Dino Dalle Carbonare, Paddy McGrath, Linhbergh Nguyen, Mike Garrett and the rest of the team. Foreword by Fredric Aasbø. Large format, 31 x 26cm. Soft-bound with a heavy hard slipcase sleeve. Condition: Good. Minor wear to the outer slipcase (handling/shelf marks — see photos). The book itself is excellent internally: clean, tight, no marks, tears, or bent pages. Sold out within two weeks of release in 2012 and never reprinted.
