This is Follett Publishing Company’s tall pictorial hardcover edition of Eugene Field’s children’s poem, illustrated in color by Helen Page and marked “Trade binding Eighth Printing.” The copyright page lists 1945 and 1956, but it does not state the year of this eighth printing. Included is one blue hardcover book with no dust jacket. The boards have scuffs, staining, and edge wear; the interior has light toning, occasional spots, a small tear near the top of the front endpaper by the hinge, and a handwritten gift inscription dated April 1973.
