"First Edition" stated on the Copyright Page, with no later printings present. "10/26" print code on lower back flap. Book appears Unread. The Original Dust Jacket designed by Chip Kidd is Bright and Glossy without the rubbing that is usual on this jacket. No tears, no wear, no fading, not price clipped ($24.00), now protected in a Brodart cover. The Book is in Fine condition with no visible flaws. It is has copper cloth covered boards, quarter bound in black cloth with copper lettering on the spine. The boards show no wear, no bumps. Lettering on the spine is bright with no sign of wear. Binding is Tight and Square. Pages are clean, no tears, no folds, no previous owner marks. Not remaindered. The Hard Shell Custom-Made Slipcase is also in Fine condition with no visible flaws. Front and back have copies of the dust jacket front, the spine has a copy of the dj spine. This is a beautiful collectible copy of McCarthy's Pulitzer Prize winning novel in a unique slipcase.
