Binding is nice and tight. Dust jacket is in great shape with crisp edges. All inner pages are clean and flat. NO tears, stains, wrinkles, water damage or markings. There are a few spots of faint discoloration on the back cover of the actual book. Please do view all of the photos. This is the rare version with 3 errors that were corrected in later printings 1. Sorcerer's was misspelled as "Sorceror's" on the "also by" page. 2. "Percy" was mistakenly written as "Perry" on page 157. 3. "Descendant" was mistakenly written instead of "ancestor" on page 332.
