Up for sale is a structurally exceptional vintage copy of "Blood of the North" by James B. Hendryx. This is the collectible May 1946 Triangle Books first reprint edition, published by arrangement with Doubleday & Company, Inc. CONDITION DETAILS: - BOOK: Very Good condition. The bright orange cloth boards are crisp with sharp corners and square edges. The stamped black spine block remains deep and uniform, with vibrant, unfaded orange text lettering. Inner text binding is strong and completely flush. The standard post-WWII pulp paper shows uniform vintage age-toning (tanning), but all pages remain crisp, clean, and free of writing or moisture stains. - DUST JACKET: Good condition. The original illustrated dust jacket is present—which is quite uncommon for this edition. It shows some standard edge-wear chipping and minor tears along the upper spine and top edges, but the front artwork and spine graphics remain highly vibrant. The back flap containing the Triangle Books mid-1940s advertisement catalog is fully intact. A wonderful, well-preserved addition for collectors of mid-century frontier Western fiction or vintage Triangle Book printings.
