Tatler, October 1989, Volume 284 Number 9. A particularly striking issue featuring Stella Tennant as Tatler's Bystander Man on the cover, photographed by Michael Roberts. Published for Tatler's 280th anniversary, the cover has subsequently become a recognised image from the magazine's late-1980s archive. Contents include a feature celebrating 280 years of Tatler, Denys Corell on shooting in India, Kenneth Branagh and Henry V, and “The Green Hat”, a fashion feature by Michael Roberts. A particularly collectible late-1980s issue with strong fashion and photographic interest. Very good condition. The spine is tight, the magazine lies flat, and the covers and contents remain bright and clean. The original subscription insert is still present.
