Among the meat substitutes are not altogether tasteless vegetarian susages based on lentils, with brazil nuts parsley, marmite and onion. Heart stuffed with minced veal, casserole of rabbit, a pan haggis (liver, oatmeal, Jamaican pepper, salt and pepper) are among the austere meat dishes.
