SIGNED/DATED/INSCRIBED BY DEAN KOONTZ ON PRE-TITLE PAGE - SIGNED DIRECTLY ON THE PAGE (NOT ON AN ATTACHED BOOKPLATE): "TO KEN -- MY GIRL'S STORY. DEAN KOONTZ 10-16-09" SIGNED AT THE TIME OF THE BOOK'S RELEASE. NOTE THERE ARE A LOT OF SIGNED 2ND PRINTINGS FOR SALE BUT VIRTUALLY NO SIGNED FIRST PRINTINGS FOR SALE. Book is unread with pages that are white with sharp corners, no creased page corners, nice tight spine with no spine lean, no internal hinge splits, no former owner's markings or used bookstore stamps/stickers inside, no wear to board edges or corners, or to spine tips, no glue tearing at internal spine creases, no bumped board corners, internal hinges are still tight.
