IAN FLEMING - OCTOPUSSY AND THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS, published by First Edition Library (and often referred to as the "FEL" edition), copyright 1966, copyright renewed 1994, grey patterned endpapers, black board with gold lettering on spine and on front board, illustrated DJ and slipcase. Book and Dust Jacket is an exact reproduction of the UK Jonathan Cape Original Hardcover. First Edition Library (an imprint of Easton Press) issued these reproductions starting around 1993 and ending around 2002, and are now out of print and high collected by Ian Fleming collectors (often just for the slipcase). SHOP AND COMPARE - ANOTHER COPY OF THIS BOOK IS LISTED FOR SALE AT $225 - SEE EBAY 396610461936 Book, Dust Jacket, and Slipcase are in very nice condition - book appears unread, no markings inside, no soiling/staining/spine sun fading to dust jacket, hint of wear to DJ spine tips/flap crease tips, no sun fading to DJ spine (common defect with these FEL books), bit of dust soilng at bottom of spine, no dented corners or soiling to slipcase, just a hint of corner wear to slipcase, no tape tears to slipcase (another common defect), no dust soiling to slipcase. Overall a nice difficult to find Ian Fleming James Bond FEL hardcover book complete with their original slipcase.
