Book and Dust Jacket is an exact reproduction of the UK Jonathan Cape Original Hardcover FIRST STATE WITH GOLDEN GUN TO FRONT BOARD. First Edition Library (an imprint of Easton Press) issued these reproductions starting around 1993 and ending around 2002, and are now out of print and high collected by Ian Fleming collectors (often just for the slipcase). NOTE - THIS IS THE 3RD HARDEST OF THE 14 FEL JAMES BOND BOOKS TO FIND (ONLY CASINO ROYALE IS HARDER TO FIND).
