Rare first edition and true first print including both printing errors on pages 683 and 684. The book is in excellent shape. There is some signs of Storage on the very bottom that may be able to be removed. It comes with its dust cover. There may be some dust or some scuff marks/creases within the book due to its age and being stored. Please see pictures.
