See photos. Comes from an immaculately clean nonsmoking home. In acceptable condition. Boards and spine show loosened cloth. Boards show some warping. Pages inside are remarkably clear and clean. Many names and notes prior to the title page and on back pink sheets. Binding is holding up. Clasp, due to board warping, cannot lock in place. Should you decide to refurbish, we'd love to see it!
