The copyright page specifically states: “Copyright © 1961 by Harlan Ellison – First printing October 1961.” This is Gold Medal S1161, with the original 35¢ cover price. Rockabilly was later republished under the title Spider Kiss, making this original-title edition particularly interesting to Harlan Ellison, vintage paperback, pulp-fiction and rock-and-roll collectors. ✍️ SIGNATURE: The title page contains a blue-ink signature that appears to read Harlan Ellison.
