Listed here is a first edition, first English-language printing of Alain Passard's The Art of Cooking with Vegetables (Frances Lincoln Ltd., 2012). Originally published in France as Collages & Recettes (Paris: Éditions Alternatives, 2010). Hardcover. Issued without dust jacket. This copy is in very, very good condition. I am the original owner and purchased it new back in 2012. Sadly, I never cooked from it so the pages have only been flipped through once or twice. There are a few slight indentations in the upper left corner on the front of the book likely due to another cookbook sitting on top of it - see photo. This is the only disclaimer keeping it from being labeled excellent "like new" condition!
