This volume contains an index and extracts of the land records archived in the Archivo General de la Nacion (National Archives of Mexico), "Ramo de Tierras." This index names landowners between the years of 1539-1810. The majority of land records contained in this volume are for the 1700s. Excellent resource for genealogical research as it lists landowners for towns in the State of Mexico. Only 3000 copies printed, stamped #1057, 525 pages. The cover shows discoloring from sunlight exposure, otherwise intact.
