Story, the extensive Sundance Books history of the Rio Grande Southern Railroad. Included volumes: Volume I – Over the Bridges – Ridgway to Telluride Volume II – Telluride, Pandora and the Mines Above Volume III – Over the Bridges – Vance Junction to Ophir Volume IV – Over the Bridges – Ophir Loop to Rico Volume V – Rico and the Mines Volume VI – Rico to Dolores Volume VII – Dolores and McPhee SIGNED & NUMBERED #792 Volume X – Over the Bridges – Ridgway to Durango Volume XI – Durango and the Perins Peak Branch SIGNED & NUMBERED #1152 Volume XII – Locomotives and Rolling Stock Volumes VIII and IX are not included. This is not the complete 12-volume set. Volumes VII and XI contain multiple author signatures on the limitation pages as shown in the photographs. These books came from the personal collection of a longtime railroad enthusiast and retired railroad engineer. They were carefully stored and appear to have seen very little handling. All retain their clear protective jackets. The books contain extensive historical photographs, maps, drawings, railroad information and documentation covering the Rio Grande Southern and Colorado narrow-gauge railroad history. Overall condition is excellent for their age. Clear jackets may show minor storage scuffs, wrinkles or shelf wear.
