McCartney YESTERDAY & Today Limited Edition Beatles Signed book

This is a limited-edition signed and numbered copy of McCartney: Yesterday & Today by Ray Coleman, published by Genesis Publications in 1995. The book is encased in a marble slipcase. I did notice the book cover is darker In some places and has a bit of a sticky/tacky feel. This is what I found: “The sticky or tacky feeling on the cover is a common issue known as plasticizer migration (or polymer degradation). Over decades, the synthetic materials, bonded leather, or rubberized finishes used on certain padded book covers break down. This chemical degradation releases a sticky residue onto the surface.” There are methods to fix it including cornstarch, rubbing alcohol, etc. if you wish to work on it. On one of the last blank white pages at the end of the book there is a spot, shown in photos.
