The book is in very good condition with the following signs of wear: laminate on front and back of the hardback book has peeled almost completely off. Small areas of discoloration on the front and back cover, corner wear, and wear on the top and bottom of the spine, and name written in the top left of the inside of the cover. Solid and no major damage. No missing or torn pages.
