The book is a hardcover collector's edition, ISBN 0-395-19395-8, by Houghton Mifflin Company. It was purchased from a Vermont estate where it had sat on a bookcase for many years. This is a First Printing from 1974 and includes the leatherette slip case and map at the end of the book. This book is in very good condition: it does not look brand new and may have been read. The is a very slight undulation to some pages, light foxing visible on the top of the pages, and a few scuffs and small separation to the top of the slipcase; overall the book appears to have been handled minimally/very gently.
