Willett, whose joint bookplate with his wife, Frances, is on the front pastedown, was a governor of the New York Security Dealers Association. He was a senior partner at the Wall Street over-the-counter firm Bristol & Willett.The foundational text of value investing, Security Analysis is among the most influential investment books of the century. Inscribed copies are rare: Rare Book Hub records only three others at auction. The front panel and front flap of the very scarce jacket are loosely inserted.
