The outside of the cover I would rate at probably a B grade in my opinion but the inside is in pristine condition other than the map being pulled out but it's still there it was just pulled out to look at I guess. I mean it doesn't even look like he creased the spine . Every page looks like brand new I tried to take a few photos for you to see . Please feel free to ask and question you may have.
