It is signed/inscribed by David Scott Slayton on the title page and it is signed on the inside cover by 10 members of the team. The book is in good condition. There is shelf-wear on the corners, edges, and spine. The corners have some bumping and rubbing. The edges have wear. The spine has some rubbing. The front and back cover has scuffing, scratches, and a crease. Otherwise, the pages are clean with no writings or markings and no folded or dog-eared pages. The binding is in very good condition with no loose or missing pages. Please look at the pictures to best determine condition. Once I receive payment, I ship within one day through USPS Media Mail.
