A small archive of Christmas greetings cards and other correspondence. An attractive collection of correspondence from the Swiss-born American writer and illustrator Roger Duvoisin (1900-1980) and his wife Louise (Loulou) Fatio to their friends, Helen and Max. Roger Duvoisin won the 1948 Caldecott Medal for White Snow, Bright Snow, written by Alvin Tresselt (D. Lothrop Co., 1947). He and his wife created together the Happy Lion series (1954-80), which, in its German-language edition (Der glückliche Löwe), won the inaugural 1956 Deutscher Jugendliteraturpreis.
