An exceptionally large scale work by this talented but apparently unrecorded artist, probably executed in the 1830s or early 1840s. The composition includes roses, bi-colour pinks/carnations, morning glory, dahlias, auriculas, flowering quince or prunus, hollyhock, plums and peaches. In addition a clouded yellow and two red admiral butterflies are shown. Item #3892
