CATALOG #6 — copyright 1980-98, 100 Proof Press, Inc., Athens, OH. Salmon printed wraps with an Art Nouveau cover image of a woman gathering flowers before a thatched cottage. Pages are laid out in themed banner sections with dozens of stamp images per spread, each keyed to its order number: Military, Western, ancient writing and cuneiform tablets, celestial stars and bursts, figures, landscapes, animals, and more. Includes the 1998 design contest page with its December 31, 1998 entry deadline, and the original toll-free ordering information printed at the page feet. 1999 SUPPLEMENT — printed in sepia brown, with a laughing kitten surrounded by swallowtail butterflies on the cover, and the year set in large numerals down the left margin. YEAR 2000 SUPPLEMENT — printed in grey-green, cover featuring the dressed rabbit couple. This issue announces the arrival of images from the former a*MUSE*ing Rubber Stamps of Madrid, Iowa, whose owner Diane Muse had assembled a large group of images built around a 1950s vision of domestic paradise.
