The Yangtse Kiang Pilot Containing a Description of, and Sailing Directions for, the Yangtse Kiang, from the Wusung River to its Highest Navigable Point, First edition, with the January 1915 supplementary notices loosely inserted. The compiler, Captain Thomas Henry Tizard (1839-1924), gained experience as a naval surveyor in China and the Mediterranean, becoming Assistant Hydrographer of the Navy in 1891.
