Singin' in the Rain. First edition, inscribed on the front free endpaper, "For Clive Hirschhorn, from Betty Comden", and signed by Adolph Green and Gene Kelly. Hirschhorn (b. 1940) was the film and theatre critic for the Sunday Express for over three decades; his 1988 ownership inscription is on the front pastedown.
