Success Magazine (Never Published) Prototype First Issue May 1972 Success Magazine “For the minority of men who will make it to the top” May 1972. A fantastic one-of-a-kind piece of Canadian memorabilia featuring Mel Lastman. This magazine is from the collection of the former owner of the advertising agency responsible for the graphic artwork, which explains its existence, because from what I can ascertain this magazine was never published, no references found anywhere. Featuring Mel Lastman on the cover, great advertising and the following articles; “Our Culture: does it maximize our chances for success” Prof John J Furedy “Success Interview: Mel Lastman Toronto’s Bad Boy” “Fashion, The threads of success” Irene Parikhal with photography by Struan Campbell-Smith Published by John E Mealing and Paul R Gaynor and printed by Houstons Standard Publications Willowdale Ontario. Condition is very good, almost unread and it’s 100% complete. The colors are still bright, the cover is still glossy and the staples are shiny and rust free. There’s no water or smoke damage.
