FULL THROTTLE is a collection of horror and fantasy short stories by Joe Hill, an acclaimed author who also happens to be Stephen King's son. The first story in this collection was written by father and son together. This is the deluxe limited edition slipcased hardcover released by Subterranean Press in 2020. As shown in the photos, it is copy #614 of 750. The book, dustjacket, and slipcase are all in like-new, unread condition. I purchased it brand-new and did not read it because I also own the regular first edition hardcover signed by Hill. In addition to cover art, there are multiple interior illustrations by the incomparable artist Dave McKean, who is also noted for his work doing covers of the original Sandman comics. It's a gorgeous book overall. This is a large, oversized, heavy book. This book is from my own book collection that I am down-sizing. This offering comes from a smoke-free household.
