Item Description Title: FRONT — For Hip Hop / R&B Freaks FRONT was a Japanese hip hop and R&B magazine published by Shinko Music, produced as a CROSSBEAT special issue in 1996 and 1997 and later published under a Vibe tie-in arrangement in 1998. This lot includes three back issues: FRONT No.7 (March 1996), FRONT July 1997, and FRONT December 1998. All three are written in Japanese, A4-size, perfect-bound magazines aimed at hip hop and R&B fans. All three issues show age-related wear: light scuffing/rubbing on the covers and yellowing/toning of the pages and page edges. Pre-owned magazines sourced from the Japanese second-hand market. Carefully inspected by us prior to listing: no tears, no missing pages, and no writing found. There may be light signs of previous ownership consistent with normal use of older magazines: the 1996 issue (No.7) has noticeable creasing/wrinkling on the front cover, a brownish stain near the barcode on the back cover, and wear at the lower spine corner; the July 1997 issue has small brownish spotting (foxing) at the top-right corner and edge of the front cover; the December 1998 issue shows overall light sun-toning/tonal change on the front cover and light wear at the top and bottom of the spine.
