"Pilgrim at Tinker Creek" by Annie Dillard 1974 hardcover with Dust Jacket This copy is labeled "First US Edition". I believe it is the 1st printing because there is no number line. The 2nd and 3rd printing copies available for viewing on Ebay show a number line added to specify the printing. This copy is priced less than other First Edition copies because of condition issues CONDITION ISSUES: The book has age spotting on pages. The most spotted pages are the flyleafs in the front of the book. But there is moderate spotting here or there throughout the book and on outer edges of textblock. See the last 3 photos. The dust jacket is unclipped but it has wear which includes some bits ripped away (mainly by the outer edges). See the first 5 photos. There is an old price sticker on the lower rear of the jacket. The jacket comes neatly displayed under a clear mylar slipcover.
