This is a lot of 3 vintage hardback horse, dressage/equitation/horsemanship/equestrian books from the Classics of Horsemanship Series published by J A Allen & Company. Each is about 6 1/2" x 9 1/2", comes with its original dust jacket & has an owner's bookplate on the inside front flyleaf. Included are: "Academic Equitation" by General Decarpentry (a reprint from 1987, first published in 1971) 280 pages Illustrated with B/W illustrations "The Essence of Horsemanship" by Waldemar Seunig (English translation copyright 1983, first published in German, 1961) 163 pages Illustrated with B/W illustrations "Misconceptions and Simple Truths in Dressage" by Dr HLM van Schaik (published 1986) 127 pages Lightly illustrated with B/W photographs The pages are yellowed.
