Description Currently, various developments are underway in Tokyo, which are leading to the unearthing of new ruins. Excavations have revealed surprising aspects of Edo. For example, the development of Shiodome uncovered a pond at the Kamiyashiki residence of the Date clan. It was a vast pond, and was worthy of being designated a Place of Scenic Beauty.
