This is a signed first edition of Spirit Lake by MacKinlay Kantor. Please note that there is wear on the front cover where what I can only assume was a price sticker ripped off part of the cover over the author's name. Please see first picture. The cover itself isn't ripped all the way through here, just the first layer of with the ink is gone. Other than that, the rest of the dust jacket is in pretty good condition with signs of wear along the top and bottom edges near the spine. The signature is on the inside of the front cover. Please also note the name plate of the previous owner of the book across from the signature. The book itself is in good condition.
