It has run continuously until now and has always provided engaging content for primary school children Well-known Australians have been involved in The School Magazine as editors, writers and illustrators: including May Gibbs, Pamela Allen, Noela Young, Joyce Abbott, Ruth Park, Pixie O'Harris. In the early days there were excerpts from well known authors works such as Ion Idriess, Hatfield, Mary Grant Bruce and Ethel Turner. Condition: Majority of issues in Fair / Good condition. Usage wear and markings to pages and extremities Some issues have annotations/writing to pages. Several issues are in acceptable condition only with heavier annotations and creases/tears , especially along spine area. Several issues have pages that have come loose from the spines or spine is split or disbound from pages. It is possible that one or two of the issues are missing a page although I have checked through as best as I can Shipping Pieces are mailed out flat, in secure and sturdy packaging.
