Scarce early hardcover edition of Romance Prescribed by Eric Hatch, author of A Couple of Quick Ones. This copy retains its original illustrated dust jacket, featuring a striking period illustration of a fashionable woman with parasol alongside an athletic gentleman. The hardcover and interior remain in nice vintage condition for their age. The dust jacket shows considerable wear, including chipping, tears, edge loss and rubbing. Jacket has been left in its original condition and has not been repaired. A wonderful display piece for collectors of 1930s fiction, Art Deco-era dust jackets, vintage romance novels and early Eric Hatch works.
