Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen - First Series Issue 24 published October 1957 by DC Comics. One of a number of Golden Age and Silver Age comics that I am listing. Cover artist Curt Swan and Stan Kaye, pencils Curt Swan and inks Ray Burnley. This issue includes 3 stories: "The Superman Hall Of Trophies" – featuring Jimmy Olsen and Superman. "The Gorilla Reporter" - (The cover story) - featuring Jimmy Olsen, Lois Lane, Perry White, Superman and Clark Kent. "The Luckiest Boy In The World" - featuring Jimmy Olsen, Superman, Clark Kent, Lois Lane and Perry White. 32 pages + the cover. These are my comics from childhood. I am not a comic dealer. Grading is a subjective decision. I grade this comic as "Very Good ". It is an average used comic book. The cover is intact and there are no spine splits but there is some creasing on the cover. A name has been stamped on the back cover. (see images above).The comic is relatively flat and tight. It remains a desirable comic. (please see images and video). Inside pages are intact and clean. There is no writing, creasing, splits or restoration other than mentioned. If you disagree with this grading when you receive the comic, I will take it back for refund I aim to under grade rather than over grade but please contact me if you are unhappy.
