A new selection of rare comics fanzines from my large collection built up over the years.... DYNAMIC no.1 (nn) Paget Publications (UK), Feb 1949 Super-rare original vintage British Golden-Age one-shot comic, NOT FULLY ON GCD A key comic featuring the 1st appearance of "GAIL GARRITY - The Dynamic Girl Wonder" created by Mick Anglo (Marvelman / Miracleman) Gail has a small number of Golden-Age appearances then reappears 60+ years later in Alan Moore and Kevin O'Neill's "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: The Tempest" Gail is married to "Flash Avenger" of "The Seven Stars" (see pics 3 and 4, not included) The comic also features "Wonderman / Captain Justice", "Cyclone", "Jack Fenton" also by Mick Anglo, plus "Stuporman" created by Denis Gifford Paper cover, 16pgs Vintage original UK edition (not a modern replica or facsimile) Never comes up for sale! Condition - nice decent bright copy, grades VG+ to VG/FN range, looks better but 4cm spine split, margin tear, rusts and age spots, (please see pics), bagged & boarded New to the market, from a newly discovered British original owner-collection of both vintage UK and Australian comics.
