Scarce first edition, third printing of Stephen King‘s first novel, Carrie. The first three printings of this book are scarce. I’ve been collecting King for several years now, and second and third printings are at least as scarce as first printing, although the former two are more affordable. The dust jacket has signs of wear, and although it is not apparent inside the protective mylar covering, there is a tear on the upper spine of the dust jacket, it’s just almost impossible to see. See photos for other signs of wear on the jacket, although all in all it is in good condition. The book itself is in very good condition, with a former owner inscription on the inside cover.
