It is in poor condition. The spine is falling apart and the cover is loose on front and back. It seems to be all there despite the condition. It does have maps and fold outs. Also included are some news paper clippings from 1932 on the updated rebuild. A personal piece of history that may not exist elsewhere. Again it is in poor condition but not entirely crumbling.
