This listing is for a true First Edition/first printing US HBDJ of 'THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN; Harry Potter Year Three At Hogwarts.' Book and DJ are in good used condition but there is a previous owner name (PON) writ large in ink on first leaf. "First US Edition, October 1999" is stated on the copyright page right below the uncut number line running "10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1" which does indicate a true first print of the US hardback. Unclipped DJ flap still bears the retail's price of '$19.95.' Book and jacket are used but still presentable. PON on first leaf, some bumping and crumpling to heels and edges. Colors and covers are quite good. The book itself is good too but does show some reader-use. Spine is tipped, mildly faded and there is some lateral crumpling in the quarter-cloth. The boars are still quite sharp at the corners. Pages are flat, clean and tight to good binding. No sign of moisture exposure, so scent nor stains. Again there is the PON inked on first leaf and pencil marked store price still haunts there. Page edges are mildly smudged. All offers will be responded to following due consideration.
